At Data Ink, we are committed to providing our customers with reliable products and professional support. This Warranty & RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Policy outlines the conditions, coverage, and procedures for warranty claims. By purchasing from Data Ink, you agree to the following terms.
1. Warranty Coverage
The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period specified by the manufacturer or Data Ink.
Not Covered Under Warranty:

Power supplies, mini UPS units, and power banks.

Power adapters (printers, notebooks, scanners, switches, etc.).

Accessories such as speakers, keyboards, mice, and joysticks.
-
PCI adapters (modems, LAN cards, sound cards, PCI to USB, FireWire, etc.).
-
External cases (2.5", 3.5", 5.25" IDE & SATA).
-
Switches (8 ports and similar models).
-
USB products (Bluetooth, LAN, sound cards, hubs, converters, etc.).
-
Compatible toner supplies that are less than 60% filled.
-
Monitors with dead pixels, unless exceeding the limit defined by the brand’s official policy.

Items physically or electrically damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or accidents.
2. RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Procedure
To ensure efficient processing and minimize delays, please follow the steps below:

Complete the official Data Ink RMA/DOA Request Form and include a copy of your purchase invoice.

The product’s serial number must be clearly stated. Claims without serial numbers will be rejected.

Both the invoice copy and the RMA form must be submitted with the returned product.

Customers are responsible for safeguarding and backing up their data. Data Ink is not liable for data loss that may occur during service or product failure.

An RMA number is valid for 30 days only from the date of issuance. Claims beyond this period will be rejected.

Out-of-warranty items will not be accepted.

Delivery and pickup of items are the customer’s responsibility.

Products returned without a clear problem description will be rejected.

Items will be tested strictly based on the problem description provided by the customer.

All products are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions, in addition to this policy.
3. Liability Disclaimer

Data Ink shall not be held responsible for any data loss, corruption, or damage arising from product failure, repair, or replacement.

Warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, power fluctuations, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.
